I always start with one powerful discovery call/taster session.
The most important thing is to find out if we’re a good match. Getting face-to-face (by video call) is the only way to really tell if this is for you.
From there, we go on to tackle your blockers and limiting beliefs one by one to help you achieve your goals.
How does this service work?
If you’re here, then making changes in your life probably feels like an uphill struggle. There is, after all, only so far you can push before you reach exhaustion. I’ve spoken to many people who have spent thousands on coaching only to experience temporary motivation before falling back into their old routine, defeated and exhausted.
My approach is radically different. Before encouraging your rational mind to make changes in your life, we work on the unconscious beliefs which maintain your current behaviours. This foundation allows any subsequent work to flow naturally.
Everyone knows the difference between uphill struggles and experiencing a state of flow. With flow, even when things are hard you just do them. It’s not that the things themselves are easier, it’s that your mindset is adapted to the challenges.
After this foundation is laid, we work on expanding what you think is possible. This involves setting up goals and assignments and dealing with additional unconscious blockers as they come up.
Every problem in life is a sign, including resistance. Resistance is there to tell us that part of us isn’t on board yet. You can choose to push that part uphill against its will or to negotiate and work with it. If you’ve ever tried working against your own team, you’ll know you generally don’t get far.
How will our work be structured?
You are unique and so are your circumstances. The coaching program is adapted to your issues and current situation.
1. I only work with people ready to make changes.
2. I do whatever is necessary to get you there – regardless of the number of sessions.
3. This will be like nothing else you’ve ever tried. It’s not like some hypnosis mp3 where they count you down the stairs and it’s not “morning routines”. If they worked, YouTube would be the answer. This is direct, powerful and transformative work.
